Welcome to Evolve Clinical Services

The definition of "Evolve" is to develop gradually by a process of growth and change. Evolve Clinical Services was founded with the underlying belief that everyone has the potential to grow, change, and evolve from within to live the life they want and deserve.

People come to counseling for a variety of reasons. Some are looking for solutions to a very specific issue. Some are looking for insight into long-held beliefs and behaviors that may be standing in the way of their goals. Others might come in because they just don't feel like themselves lately. Whatever your reason for reaching out, we will discuss your goals to identify the best way to get you where you want to be. While you can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges you are experiencing in the present. You can feel better and live the life you want.

This practice serves adolescents, adults, and families. We specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. I have a special interest in maternal mental health and supporting women experiencing challenges with pregnancy and postpartum adjustments including the impact motherhood has on sense of self, partnership, and peer relationships.
